“Unresponsive staff. Inflexible policies. I lost a day of my stay because of the staff's laziness. Dirty hotel. Highly NOT recommended.”

“The staff and hotel manager are highly unprofessional. Even after booking 6 days prior with prepaid on my arrival day my room was given to somebody else and I have to stay in stoor room. Pathetic service and response from hotel as well as site”

“I have been traveling across India for the past month, staying at various hotels that reflect the unique characteristics of each region. At the Agra Marriott, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was excellent. I had been struggling a bit due to the change in food and water, but dining here helped me recover completely. The staff, in particular, were exceptionally kind. The hotel also offered great facilities and a convenient location, situated not too far from the Taj Mahal.”

“Excellent location, views of both the Taj Mahal and “baby” Taj. Attentive and helpful staff, hailing taxis/Tuk tuks and negotiating prices in advance. All in all a very pleasant stay.”

“We were absolutely amazed with Aman and his family. His wife, daughter and son were spectacular hosts and we felt comfortable from the moment we walked in.”

“Abundance of stains and hairs in bed, pillows, towels, etc. The shower had hot water, but bathroom smelled like mildew/mold and there were stains and rust on all metal fixtures. Only soap provided. Hotel is near Taj Mahal East Gate.”
