"We experienced overall a very pleasant stay in a nice location with very helpful staff throughout. Some small maintenance items such as the pool area need attention to keep up the Resorts superior standard. Be sure you are allocated a room in the blocks along the lagoon not in the rear block up higher which is not very easy to access the pool or restaurant plus it has an inferior view. Blocks three to seven would be best away from the noise of the bar. The quality and price of the meals was on par with Melbourne but expect to wait a minimum of 30 minutes from ordering to receiving your meal. Thanks to the ever smiling staff. "

"I loved the spacious apartment and the private balconies, the aircon and the TV worked well. The chef at casa Mia was good. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. There was no fresh milk in the fridge for a cup of tea but when I asked for some it was brought to me by a young man who went to some trouble to get it. "

"Absolutely stunning jungle/ river property, lush and green. The large house is very spacious. It was comfortable in the July weather. Plenty of room and beds for our family of 6. Property is off grid so some issues with hot water that were rectified. We’re told we would have daily house keeping, which didn’t happen once, but we were ok with the washing machine. If we had asked, I’m sure it would have been provided. Accessing the tours and using the river was a highlight for our family. - no fly screens, but fly netting provided over the beds. - very basic kitchen, but enough to make do. - kids a bit freaked out by the outside bathrooms (private) but there are two and they did the job. "
