Downside: the tv only in german no subtitles, the steam room opens late @1pm which is annoying for someone like me who starts day early. For luxury hotel nobody helped with luggage or offered. Breakfast $40/person. They need to offer free apples or something small for the non big meal breakfast eaters. "

"We stayed two nights, It was a great location, quiet, away from the maddening crowd and with exceptional staff and service. Luisa made us quite welcome and introduced us to our room and facilities. "This is a lovely place to stay as a base for exploring the Dolomites and Bolzano itself .
The breakfast was excellent as was our room .
The outside bar at night is lovely for a night cap .
