Good location on Lake Eufala. Desk staff friendly. Rooms clean but a bit dated. Hoeever, they are about to be renovated as I write this, so that will change. Not the hotel's fault, but there was some kind of loud party across the street that went until after 3AM making it difficult to sleep well

The proximity to and view of Lake Eufaula is awesome. The facility does need to be updated however. i.e. lighting, plumbing, dining area.

Smelly, dirty, stained walls, tile, carpet. Door lock broken, Room was supposed to be a suite with couch. Furniture in poor condition with scratches and gouges. Loud music in parking lot. Trash and cigarette butts everywhere.

Awful bathroom not cleaned furniture falling apart beds had stains on comforter and sheets. Nasty place door in bathroom just had primer on it messed up door knob. Toilet had hairs and fecal matter on it. I’ll sleep in my car before going there again.

The room was small but big enough for me. I only needed the bed and shower seeing as how I spent most of my time out of the room. The shower was super hot which was wonderful. The upper latch on the door for added security was broken. The door had an opening toward the bottom where the door didn’t align correctly. The mattress was not soft like you expect at a hotel. I woke up with back pain. The breakfast was okay. The waffles you made yourself which was not unusual. The syrup however ruined the waffle. I think they need to find a different brand. Overall, I would stay here again if I needed to.

Beautiful view of the lake and causeway, but the bridge was having construction done and the property was in severe need of some renovations.

Not good
I felt sympathy for the folks running this hotel. Pretty sure it's a family operation and they are trying to operate as inexpensively as possible. But the hotel is terribly rundown. The first room they put me in hadn't been cleaned. The second room was okay but there issues like the refrigerator temperature settings knob missing and the toilet running non-stop. It was really cheap, so I guess that should be taken into account.

Changed rooms twice due to heater in room not working. Found cockroach in bed. Took picture if corp would like to see. Never really got toasty warm in room. Night got down in the twenties. I was just to tired to change room again.

Overall it was a good value and clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the water quality. The water was greasy and did not wash off my skin. Needs some kind of plumbing work done.

Motel was showing its age and upkeep has been overlooked. Ok for the price. Probalby would not stay there again.

Company is under new management and the customer service is horrible. Poor management and unprofessional. Room wasnt ready when I got ready to check in after making reservations in advance. Guest staying there had to vacuum their own room due to housekeeping not showing up. Quality Inn use to be a great place to stay with exceptional customer service and great hospitality. Continental breakfast wasnt up to usual standards as it use to be. I recommend not to stay at this Quality Inn.

This is an older building. It is normally kept well maintained, but this stay there emwere spiders all over the entance to the office. Even the entry way. The womens bathroom in the main area was gross. The room was good but the baseboard was coming off around the door.

Convenient property on Hwy 82 so much more quiet than other Eufala AL properties. Plenty of convenient parking and very friendly and efficient staff.

The pool was green and doesn’t look it had been available for a long time. The property itself was not very clean and the rooms were musty. The best thing about this property is it is near the river and walking distance to their Main Street.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past two years. This was the first time that the breakfast was horrible. The juice machine was watered down, and the few breakfast items were cold and very limited selection. In the past they had a great breakfast and was one of the main reasons I stayed here. Additionally, the room AC did not work. If you stood more than 5 feet away it was hot. They were going to fix it but never did so all three nights the room would not get below about 85 degrees at the bed area and even hotter towards the bathroom.

At first I thought, little town and nice and quiet area. Then, I got in my room. The AC was incredibly loud. Like very but I decided I'll treat it like loud white noise. Then, I was trying to sleep and there was others out at the pool, which is in the middle of the rooms. They weren't just carrying on, they had the stereo up so loud and screaming and drinking. I tried to call the front desk at least 10 times, took about 30 minutes for someone to answer. Finally someone answered and I told them, and about 10 minutes later it subsided. But I want wanting to go out of my room to the front desk because I legit felt unsafe. So, very late night and not feeling safe were enough butt I needed to try to sleep. I did after the noise settled down. When I woke up, I went into the shower and my feet were leaving heavy dirt marks on floor of shower and I was like what?? I walked around and sure enough it was the old carpeted floors. Place was disgusting. I had to make a trail of towels too keep my feet from touching until I got to my shoes. The floor of the shower was broken and hard to stand in. They had taped over it with something. I was like wow this place was trash. I fell like I need to get a refund but not sure how to go about that??

The parking lot was in bad shape very dirty. The room was clean, but smell. We went to Dollar General to get air freshener. The whole property needs to be updated.

No clothing rack area to hang clothes. Carpet stain, shower handle broken pops off . Lighting fixtures poor . Free breakfast was nothing shy of terrible for corp brand Juice area non existent. 2 day stay had to find house keeper to clean rooms, staff stated rooms aren’t clean daily only linen . Many excuses from staff about being new owners in last 12weeks still no excuse for poor customer service.

Front desk personnel were great. Very welcoming and fun. Made my stay a good one. I understood that updating was planned by new owners. That’ll help. Keep the ladies that were there when I checked in. They were terrific!

Very nice!
Pleasantly surprised with this location. Road tripping to Florida from PA and found this quaint little town along the way. Very happy to have found it! Hotel was very clean and well maintained! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely add this to our next trip!
