Staff , hotel, amenities were amazing!! Loved our room very comfortable bed and pillows. Staff from valet to check in to bell hop were incredible!! Only thing I wish they had (rooms are pricey) were better TVs and Netflix or some kind of streaming. Old school tv with cable guide (yes I know first world problems lol)

Room was great, clean and very nice. The staff was so nice. The bell boy was absolutely amazing, wish I knew his name. They had great amenities and complementary beer and wine which was amazing. That is the first time I have stayed in this hotel or any hotel in Eugene. Top notch service and a great location. Will definitely be back
