"This hotel is excellent however there is no air conditioning available during late spring with temperatures in the 85 + range. A/C is a must for Americans traveling OCONUS. The only recommendation I have. I would definitely 💯 stay again on my return trip in six months."

"We very like this hotel. It's located very conveniently close to the airport. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes, and shops around, next to the train station. The hotel itself is very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the convenient service they have is a free shuttle bus to the airport. I really recommend it"

"I loved the room..It's big and spacious. Bigger than in pictures..I was pleasantly surprised. The ONLY negative thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars was the check-in. I arrived in a taxi..When I arrived and my escorted from the taxi the concierge asked which tower I was in. When I told him Ocean Tower, he explained that was the furthest one, handed me my luggage and gave me directions. I got so lost, it was another customer who ultimately helped me find where to go. I think there should be concierge at the main lobby to take customers to the Ocean Tower as well. That seemed a little rude to me. Other than that, it's a great hotel. I would definitely recommend."

"What can I say except give praise where it’s due — this is a true 5-star hotel in every sense. The rooms lacked absolutely nothing: slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, shower caps, lotion, iron, Bluetooth speakers, LG flat-screen TV, study desk, and every connectivity option you could need, including USB-A, USB-C, 2-pin and 3-pin sockets. The views overlooking the lake, sea, and surrounding islands were stunning, and being only around 15 minutes from Incheon by taxi made the location even more convenient. Everything was immaculate, from the beautifully scented lobby and lifts to the spotless rooms themselves. The rooms were spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, complete with balconies, blackout curtains, soundproofing, and a cosy lounge/coffee area with an L-shaped sofa. I genuinely couldn’t fault my stay here. This hotel delivers luxury, comfort, and attention to detail at the highest level. I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Easily 6 out of 5 stars for me."
