Very difficult getting room service on the first night so had to go down to the restaurant itself where the man was very rude so we didn't bother using room service again. Very nice area to visit. Excellent hotels. Wide variety of excellent restaurants. Train station is clean and has excellent taxi service to and from. Good jumping off point for day trips to Koln, Bonn, Bad Munstereifel, and others.
