“Front desk clerk was very friendly however the room was filthy and run down with broken furniture. My son and I didn't even set our bags down. We just walked out and told them to cancel our reservation. She was kind enough to call the manager who agreed to a refund since we weren't even there 5 minutes, but I never got a refund because Expedia said they couldn't reach the manager.... not sure who's fault that is but really disappointing.”

“Mattress was likely a large bag filled with old clothes, very lumpy and hard. Could hear the CPAP machine of someone on one side and snoring the other. We do not travel frequently bot we will have to find another way for accomodations.”

“The motel was run down and smelly. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and the cooler did not work and it was hot! The whole place smelled really bad. Duct tape was on the floor holding it together. They said that we would get a refund. We left immediately.”
