"The front desk clerk Jeremiah seemed to not really care about my concerns. I arrived promptly at 3 PM, just in case there were any issues with the room. I have had a few bad experiences at Best Western properties. I wanted to give Best Western another chance. The room I paid for was a king, upon arrival at the door to my room, I heard the people next door speaking loudly and TV was loud. I wanted a nice quiet place to stay.
