"The breakfast was the same every day ( no bacon or ham). Only one elevator working and only one car for the luggage. You need to wait until the customer gets into the van for you be able to use the car. If you brought the attention the counter desk employee he’s answer was “ we have more than one but the customer keeps it on the room “. The parking of the hotel has a $10 fee per night. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. We could hear a guest walking around above our first-floor room, the room became quiet by the time we went to sleep. The breakfast was basic: instant oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, breads, three kinds of fruit, yogurt. When my wife asked an attendant for gluten-free items she produced a gluten-free bagel. The workout room looked well-equipped, yet it had issues. There was no drinking water. The workout room had two dispensers for moistened towels, which were both empty, so I was unable to clean the equipment after use. There was a sign, on the wall, claiming that the hotel provided earbuds, yet I found no earbuds. When we booked, hotels.com stated that parking would cost $10/night, the hotel website says that the cost is $16/night. We were charged $17 and I needed to pay the fee through a clunky third-party website. We will not be staying at this property again."

"The staff at the front desk were great, very helpful and friendly - Matthew in particular. The room was spotless, and the bed was super soft, like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was good with all the normal staples. The included shuttles to and from the airport were convenient."

"They forgot to do the wake up call. I was late and almost missed my flights. Sofa in the room had all kinds of weird disgusting stains and splatter marks. Other than the friendly bartender a most disappointing stay. Will not return! "

"The furniture is really showing wear. My sofa had a big tear on it and I was surprised that no attempt to repair. Breakfast was ok, but not much selection. Hotel is near a brewery and fast food restaurants. Positive note was the shuttle service to the airport was fantastic."

"In renovation, but my room was completed as are most. Stay here(but not for their breakfast) but this is a perfect DEN solution for a quick in and out and half the price of other tower Road Hotels. Many decent to good eating solutions close by. Free airport shuttle. Pool. Fitness"

"Very nice hotel located at the far end of United Airline terminal and also above the train station. So nice to have a hotel at the airport for early flights or late arriving flights. Very clean, spacious rooms, Restaurants and bar available."
