โThis hotel was perfect for our college tour. We parked in the free lot and walked to everything we needed, including all the sporting arenas, collegiate shops and food. Great bar and food options as well.โ
โEverything was great. The room was clean, location was great, many of the dining options were in walking distance. The staff is so friendly. I love the housekeepers who work in the kitchen area they are so friendly and helpful. โ
โHad a wonderful stay at the Embassy Suites Tuscaloosa. Beautiful lobby, great room, helpful, friendly staff from front desk to housekeeping and every other area!โ
โCheck-in was great. The guy was very professional.
It would be nice to have recycle bin for plastics at breakfast.
Issues: bathroom sink did not drain (or at least I could not figure it out) and the floor was a slight bit dirty.
I will definitely stay here again. 9.5/10โ
โI was pleasantly surprised. Living room was very clean and spacious. The bed was probably one of the most comfortable. Iโve slept in in a hotel, although the pillows left a lot to be desired like many hotels.
