The cancellation policy is stated prior to finalizing your reservation when booking with Expedia. Cancellation must be made 24 hours or more in advance. You cancelled on the day of arrival. I am sorry that you see this as poor customer service.

Thank you for your feedback. We do offer a full, hot breakfast in our restaurant. There is a menu to order off of or an all you can eat buffet. Either option also includes the price of all your drinks. It is a great deal! If you are referring to the fact that Hilton Garden Inns do not offer a complimentary breakfast, that is true. Please inquire about our Bed & Breakfast Package if you would like the cost of breakfast included in your room rate.

I believe you are referring to the authorization you had at check in. The authorization includes an additional hold for incidentals in case the guest would like to charge items to their room from the Shop or the restaurant. Your actual charges will reflect the room and taxes and anything that was charged to the room. There are no "hidden fees."

I am not aware of the issue with your room. I do know we were sold out on the night of your stay and that may have been why the agent was unable to change rooms for you.
