I didn't stay at this hotel. I was booking a different hotel through Expedia and when the process finished I was informed that I was booked here, which is not in the city I was visiting. As far as I know the refund is in process even though it was non-refundable, so I appreciate their flexibility. ...

We were here for Sesame Place. The hotel is located in a business park, so there is nothing within waking distance. However, anything you need is writing a 15 minute drive.

When you can't get a good night sleep everything else becomes lost. Also, room service? Why not? The price per night didn't quite meet the expectations

I like the bedroom but the pool was just gross. My kids wanted to go to the pool so bad and when we got there we just couldn't do it. We went in the pool and stayed for less than 10 minutes. I did report it to the staff
