"Reception staff very polite and helpful, F&B Staff are very hard working but buffet breakfast around 9am is chaotic as it seems to be 1 x staff down, food are replenished quickly by the awesome chefs but the floor staff were swamped, cups / glasses / coffee machine / plates were constantly running out from 9am onwards"

"Coming from the Philippines, we sampled various harbor hotels like the renaissance and regent on this visit. Mandarin is under renovations… overall, my children chose this hotel and will bring more family on board in the future. My fave is still Tokyo Station Hotel and design by the burj, but the kids thought their food too traditional….my club experience at Four Seasons is almost seamless and I had fun discovering ‘new’ items. the unforgettable ones are the cute razor, malle lotion, Italian conditioner gift my daughter loved and smoked salmon (1st batch was stale)…. Sensory experience is impeccable. Room/hallway/club smells different. Needs better shoe/laundry bag and the slippers flat. the bottle spray at the pool lounge needs a label. Underwater pool music was truly appreciated and the harbor view was worth it. The spa was uber clean. Teas were a delight there. Club food were simple but meticulously chosen with care. Truly quality over quantity. Overheard a guest saying the dimsum was the best, but I knew those ‘ha gaw’was frozen. tip: real dimsum place is where retired ones hang out & in-land….choices of wine at the suite was also impressive, at th end club only the Sauvignon was good. Cheese was limited but they offer Grande epicerie du Paris’s bestsellers. I love it. Fabulous staff allowed me to bring pastries for my son to coax him to have dinner, and ‘baon’… thanks for the mini freebies, Four Seasons, because we’ll give 95% away to share our joy at your place."

"Special thanks to the front desk check in personnel Mr. Donavan Ng who helped me to checked in as soon as I arrived in the morning. His service was super fast and very kind. Detailed the hotel services and facilities. Hotel is right above the huge shopping mall and the subway station. Easy access to all subway lines and the AirPort Express line."

"The biggest advantage is the location—it’s fantastic. You’re within walking distance of Central Station, restaurants, and many of Hong Kong’s main attractions. I also appreciated that the hotel assigned us a high-floor room with a nice city view. The downside is that the rooms are quite dated. While the bathroom appears to have been renovated at some point, the renovation wasn’t done very well. There were multiple areas where the sealing and finishing looked sloppy. The carpet also had a slight odor, and the elevators were extremely slow, especially during busy times. What really made the stay memorable, though, was the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but one gentleman working the night shift on July 28–29 went far above and beyond. It was pouring rain the morning we were leaving for the airport, and we had to walk to Central Station without an umbrella. He kindly gave us an umbrella to keep at no charge. That simple act of kindness made a stressful morning so much easier. He truly represents outstanding hospitality and deserves recognition—and honestly, a raise! Overall, I would stay here again for the excellent location and exceptional staff, but the rooms could definitely use a proper refresh."
