ExtraVertical Climbing Center Tours

This was my third stay at OYO Times Square, but unfortunately, it will be my last. The location is excellent, and the staff, apart from housekeeping, provided very good service. However, the air conditioning was too noisy to use at night, the elevator was slow and cramped, and basic amenities were lacking. The most frustrating issue was receiving only one towel despite booking for two guests. After I requested another, housekeeping left just one again the next day. I eventually declined housekeeping for the rest of my stay. Having enjoyed previous visits, I was disappointed by these repeated shortcomings.
