"Room was a bit small, but very clean and cozy, staff was incredible, couldn’t go into the bathhouse because of my tattoos, also your room is central controlled, if it’s remotely cold outside your room is hot and vice versa, I didn’t like that to much because I like the cold other than that hotel was amazing. It was strange to enter on the 2nd floor and then check in the 5th floor. Once we got to the hotel, we enjoyed our stay. Everything was in walking distance. It was perfect if you want to shop - there are ton of options for anything you can imagine and at every price point. "

"A beautiful property with discernable design thoughts. Staff members have been very nice and professional. Free coffee machine around the check-in area where you will get a great view of Osaka green. Bed was very comfortable. We stayed only one night, wish we could have stayed longer. "
