"I had a very good stay at the New Haven Hotel. Sulav on reception could not have been more helpful. He welcomed me and made sure I understood how to access the parking which is so easy and includes a dedicated passage to floor 2 of the hotel. The following day he gave me excellent assistance, so I was able to enjoy New Haven. The hotel is very well situated for visiting Yale University."

"The only reason I have it 4 stars instead of 5 was because hair was in the bathroom and the ac was giving us trouble. Other than that the staff is amazing and the property exceeded my expectations. I was surprised to see a movie theater on the property and the seats are comfortable and heated and just beautiful, the food was amazing and the seating area is very peaceful, beautiful and with the right person romantic. I will definitely be returning."
