Long difficult day, salvaged by an excellent reception and a good night's rest at La Quinta! Convenient location in Fairfield. Will definitely be back.

It was a good stay. We have a pet, they have a nice pet area. My husband didn’t think the AC was working correctly, we always take a fan that helped. Would stay there again.

This property was nice, clean and well maintained inside. It could use attentions outside. The plantings and their surrounding areas need an attention to detail. The view out the breakfast room is not inviting. There are tall weeds and it is not well mown.

It is kind of sad. The hotel needs some general housekeeping. Card readers on the outside of the building were not working or detaching. One security door was unlocked so anyone can enter. The pool room looked abandoned. Breakfast had some unidentified substance and ham slices. Not many choices and I was the only one there. Very little occupancy. The elevator area smelled of strong petroleum, either gasoline or hydraulic fluid. Room was clean and comfortable, quiet all night. No AC in the lobby, had fans circulating the warm air.

Do NOT stay here, after driving 10 hours my family and I decided to stop and get a good nights sleep and let the kiddo play in the pool! Well let’s just list a few items that made this an absolute nightmare of a facility and La Quinta should be very concerned with…the indoor pool facility was a hazard for anyone entering, black mold throughout the entire area, windows open/screens broke with outdoor equipment laying all around, exposed wires in the wall and on the door, hot tub not working. Then we enter the room and it smells like a swamp, the 1st floor window is unsecured, locks have been broken off, anyone can access it from the outside! This is a complete and utter management failure!!! It was so bad we left and attempted to call management and they stated in order for us to get our money back we had to call Expedia…good luck with that!!! I have documented all the pictures and will be filing a complaint with the BBB!
