Thank you for taking the time to write a review.We are one-half block from a private beach and the town beach is just a 7 minute walk. Some of our rooms do have water views as listed on our website.We did not know a party was taking place next door at The Seagrape Cafe, I apologize for the noise.There are 18 parking spots available for our guests - I do admit, some of the spots are not as wide as other spaces. I apologize that you could not find a spot for your truck.We strive for our guests to have a very positive Stay with us, it was unfortunate that you had a few problems.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review.It is free parking (self park) and there is also free parking on Reef Road, adjacent to The Inn. We keep the Office closed for the past 2 years, since covid and the rest room is only available to the office staff - Sorry. We are available for extra towels, amenities, can openers, cork screws, etc and bath stoppers for the tub, etc - just stop by the office or give us a call. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We do have a small handful of rooms with partial water views. We are very lucky to be walking distance to 2 beaches, restaurants and shopping. We will investigate the light coming into this room and see if we can put up room darkening shades. We also check all of our beds periodically, and replace mattresses , as needed. Hello The Inn is one-half block walking distance to a private beach and a 7 minute walk to a town beach. We give beachy names to all of our 14 rooms and we also decorate in a beach -theme manner! Some of the rooms do have a partial water view - these are of course, listed on our website. We look forward to your next stay when you are in Fairfield!

Hello All of our room at The Inn have one queen or two queen beds. Our rooms are the usual square footage for a hotel. We are not at the Office - Guest Registration 24/7 but have adequate signs to be helpful to all of our guests. We also provide an Emergency Number, if needed. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We have lovely rooms located away from the street and bar, some with water views! These particular rooms are Quiet. On windy days, trash can sometimes be blown into our parking lot (housekeeping does pick- up from time-to-time). We are sorry about that! We are withing walking distance to 2 area beaches, and provide complimentary continental breakfast. There is plenty of Free parking spaces for every guest! - even accommodating SUV vehicles! We do apologize for any shortcomings that you have found with our Inn.
