“It doesn’t seem many people opt to stay in the Furnas area but that is a mistake! It is a great location and a great hotel. There are 8 houses. We stayed in 3. It was clean and in great condition. “I love this place so much. You get all you need ( facilities and services ). The reception staff is supper friendly and helpful , who provided me with a lot of tourist information. Location is very convenient where you can reach all the restaurants and bars in walking distance. ”

“Great hospitality experience! Staffs are very helpful and friendly! They allowed early check-in for us so that we’d have some rest from our long flight. We love their breakfast, cleanliness, and ambiance! The only issue we had there was the shower door that didn’t close very well and caused some leaks on the floor. But they provided us with extra towels to keep our bathroom floor dry. ”

“We had a wonderful stay with our our 2-year old! Communication was great throughout and we were even able to check in a little bit early. The location is perfect and it feels very safe. They provided a travel cot, a high chair as well as a baby bath, which was lovely. The rooms are spacious and the kitchenette has everything you need (though I wish the microwave door opened the other way as it's a bit awkward to get into). “The vila was perfect. Well equipped, clean and spacious. It is located 10 minutes from the port and close to the highway. The island is easily accessible from the vila. The staff (manager and housekeeper) were more than helpful. If we go back to Punts Delgada we will return to the Vilas dos Olivas without a doubt! ”
