There's still a month to go (over a month actually) to ski in Australia and my recommendation is Falls Creek in Victoria. The views are amazing and the resort has runs for all abilities with a great ski school!

High Country Victoria is widely considered a winter destination to travelers but I can tell you that Summer is the business! I traveled to Falls Creek, Bright and surrounds and Beechworth on an epic one-week girls trip and had a blast! All the fresh air. All the food and, all the wine! 🍷🍷
