Clean but can't use fridge because they have a snack bar and it sealed. :(

โThe location is very convenient and we loved the canal and restaurants just round the corner. We were at the front of the hotel and itโs a bit noisy when the trams are running - but we did know that might be the case. All the staff, without exception, were friendly, courteous, efficient and extremely helpful.โ
โAvoid this hotel. This is the worst hotel I have ever been. In the middle of winter, the heater in the room went off. I asked the reception to repair but nothing was done. Breakfast was poor. There is nothing I can do around the gotel. No shops, bars...The worst worst hotel. Please never ever book this hotel.โ
