"I was extremely disappointed at check-in. The only request I had made was a ground floor room which was provided. However, I had expected breakfast and was told it was a self-catering accommodation. I asked about breakfast and was led to believe that was doubtful and being able to invite a guest not allowed! "Positive: Fresh newly renovated rooms. Comfortable beds. Easy access in a nice lush neighbourhood. Host was helpful and took Good care of us and cleaned very well. They had a friendly dog. "Very friendly and attentative staff, room has what you need, and spacious. Location is great! Some positive critique to work on (room 24): - We were in a street facing room, so there was noice from the street. - Cold water tap needs to be attended to … seems like no water and then all of a sudden a gush of it. - mattrasses can be opgraded/replaced, is very thin. (Bedding is very nice) "

"They are changing owner so lot of work going on. Breakfast is amazing but beds to low and short. This may change as they upgrade but not best nights sleep. Staff are lovely."
