"Except for a few front desk staff, I hardly found any employees who could communicate in English. The staff's appearance was not particularly neat. The room temperature was set to 29°C, making it uncomfortably hot throughout my stay. I tried to turn on the air conditioning, but it didn’t work, so I couldn't adjust the temperature. It was quite different from Pan Pacific in Singapore, so keep this in mind when booking your stay.
