"Hotel room was large and the resort fee was fair for all you get ($10/day food credit, 2 waters, free shuttle). However this hotel is GROSSLY UNDERSTAFFED! The poor workers are not getting any help. For breakfast, it was a $20 daily (limited) buffet with only one server. This place could do so much better if they staffed up properly."

"Perfect location. Near Alaska Train Depot and lots of restaurants nearby. Crimson is very nice, handy place to eat. Staff was fantastic. Rooms were comfy and very clean. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others."

"When we arrived we had to wait in the lobby while the receptionist transported a guest to the airport leaving the front unattended. The sink leaked in the bathroom leaving water all out out items. When leaving there was no receptionist available as he was out on a shuttle. Hotel very dated and needed some cleaning."
