We only stayed one night so we didn't need much. We had trouble getting in but called the number provided and they were able to help. The best thing about this apartment for us was the laundry room in the building (next door for us,) with free washer and dryer. We were headed out in a cruise after solo travel so it was great to not have to go find a laundromat and free besides. There is a kitchen, I didn't notice as far as dishes since we didn't need them. Completely adequate.

The location was great. It was a bit hard to get luggage up and down narrow stairs to apartment. Loved the kitchen and bathroom set up but bed was very squeaky and mattress you could feel the springs. Couldn’t sleep well on it. But all other parts were good!

The mountain views shown on the site must relate to the top level apartments as our basement level one had an view into the car park from below ground level. We had trouble gaining access as there was something wrong with the entry code and it needed to be reset. Luckily one of the staff members was on hand and he was able to call and get this settled. The single room was adequate and everything worked OK but the decoration was tired. On the plus side the property was price competitive.

The property appeared to be a short-term apartment rental. It was bit worn, and cooking smell in the hall. Not what I've experienced at other VRBO or Air B &B. The furnishings were thrift shop-esque. The check-in process did not go well. We were given a combination for the building door that worked, but the combo for the door to the room did not. We contacted the property manager and they had a person there to help us in minutes. Once the room was accessed it appeared that it was occupied or hadn't been cleaned. They found us another room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bedding appeared fresh.

This property was everything others reported: very clean, quiet, spacious, and with a high quality full-size kitchen set-up. It felt like an apartment, not a hotel room. And all for a better price than you can find anywhere else in expensive Anchorage. The outside of the building is a little scruffy but the apartment itself is everything you need. Comfortable (firm) bed, very smart tv, even an extra sink if someone else needs the bathroom. A handy location, too. Most of all, the property manager (owner?) was incredibly kind and responsive. We didn't realize the laundry room door locked itself after 10 pm (we just thought we couldn't run the machines after 10 pm). So we were surprised at being locked out just trying to retrieve our dried clothing at 10:15 pm. Since we were away during the laundry room hours until our departure 2 days later, we wouldn't have been able to access our clothing at all. Reluctantly, I called the manager's special number. When he couldn't open the door remotely, he came over to unlock the door himself at 10:30 pm! He's as gracious in person as he is online. He was also ok with us checking out 30 mins later than normal (although we didn't need it after all). All in all, just a lovely way to recover from a lot of hiking and camping in Alaska! Give this good man your business!

I had an unplanned visit to Anchorage, an Emergency at Providence Medical Centre, I found this place and it was perfect for my needs. It was close to the hospital, there were food venues nearby. The property itself was situated in quite a quiet are. The studio that I staid in was very well equipped with cooker, oven, full fridge freezer as well as pots, pans, and full kitchen equipment. There was also a free laundry room. It was clean and tidy, with fresh towels and sundries. It was perfect for relaxing after a long day at the hospital. I stayed for 3 nights and would highly recommend. It was the perfect balance of well priced comfort with free parking.
