“A clean room with a comfortable bed, tv, small fridge, and small bathroom with a shower. It was a Friday night, so I guess that accounts for the loud all night party on the floor above. My first stop after I drove away I discovered that someone had hit and damaged my brand new car in the small parking lot.”

“Parking was very small, no guaranteed parking and was an extra 50+$ Staff didn’t tell us about complimentary breakfast served and we were put on a room above the check in desk in a small “tower” looking building. No way to adjust heat so we’re freezing all night”

“I honestly don’t understand why this hotel has so many negative reviews. I was worried that my stay would be disappointing, but for $70 in the Chicago area, this is an incredibly fair deal. Both the hotel and my room were clean, the bed was comfortable, and I was very happy with my stay. A big bonus is that there’s a Denny’s right across the street, where I had both dinner and breakfast. There’s also a shopping plaza just a 3-minute walk away, which was very convenient.”

“Did not even have a coffee pod in my room. Boxes upon boxes stacked in the dirty front desk area. Building and grounds grossly neglected. Was not expecting it to be this bad. My advice to the front desk woman was to sell the property asap. Avoid until massive renovations are done.”

“Bathroom door didn't close. Remote for TV didn't work. In order to access wifi, had to call an 800#. Never heard of that before? Typically, it's written on your card. The pool was shut down due to issues”
