"The room was very spacious and quiet. The room smelled of smoke which was very disappointing. The pull- out sofa did not function properly. The breakfast was quite good and the staff was very accommodating."

"I would have given a worse review but the price was low so that’s important to remember. The non-smoking room had been smoked in quite a lot, the previous occupant removed the smoke detector. The floor was not vacuumed and was almost grimy. The bed sheets were clean but both mattresses should have been replaced. Pretty uncomfortable. I ended up buying a can of Lysol and cleaned all the flat surfaces, toilet, bathroom floor, shower, etc. I pulled out the window heat/ac filters and cleaned them. Then disinfected to try to remove the smell. The staff were friendly but need to up the cleaning standards."
