โThe Radisson Blu is a very fine airport hotel. Reception was swift and friendly. The room was clean and well appointed. Transportation from/to Heathrow was convenient (we used the Heathrow Hoppa). We enjoyed a good buffet breakfast with plenty of options. Overall, good value for money.โ
โGreat find very convenient for Heathrow with a bus running to T5 taking less than 10 minutes. Hotel is clean and well decorated. Really good value. There is a pub specialising in Thai food just opposite. โ

Apart from one waiter at breakfast being a bit rude giving me the check without telling me no need to rush then saying goodbye to me in a kind of miserable way all staff delivered exceptional service. I would highly recommend it to people and will go back one day for sure.โ
"The room was large and the interior was pleasant. It was close to Heathrow Airport. However, the unfortunate thing was that the smell of e-cigarettes didn't go out because of the lack of indoor ventilation, and there was a moth in the room.I'm really flabbergasted. There were three of them"
