"All 10 of us adults and kids had such a great time. Every worker was so pleasant to be around. The Hotel Rome room was fantastic since I had 2 rooms and they adjoined each other. Price were pretty good for food and drinks. Had the rented table and umbrella - oh that was a big plus the extra money was worth the charge. Didn't like the parents that did not watch their children at night time like past midnight and kept setting oft the fire alarm. they thought it was so cute. It was not cute and the parents should of been ashamed of themselves letting these young 12 and 13 year olds out that late at night roaming the hotel and causing trouble. These boys had no concern for parents who had babies and all started crying after the alarm went off. The staff handled themselves better than I would have if I caught the boys. I THANK YOU MY FAMILY THANKS YOU FOR ALL THE WORKERS AT THE PARK AND HOTEL ROME. SEE YA NEXT YEAR. The old grandma. "

"Staff was very nice. Room was nicer than at Mount Olympus. The exterior door to the main building was broken and didn't lock put our rooms did and we were not expecting to be inside the main building so regardless it didn't really matter. The bed was comfortable, and pillows had substance versus just being airy so very impressed. For how affordable this was honestly I am above the moon and would highly recommend even though no waterpark passes are included. "

"Room was clean, beds were very clean. Loved the location and the onsite amenities. The park is a couple miles away, but is such a fun alternative to chlorine eyes and dry skin. That park is incredible! Clear and clean water, tons of things to do, entertainment for hours. Be sure to stretch first everyone over the age of 35.hahahaha "

"Location great. Its an older motel so I can't understand why people complain about the rooms. Went there for a few days with my wife and daughter who is 3. Staff is amazing. Very polite and extremely helpful. Very kind. For an older motel and as someone who travels the world, I'm amazed its pretty well kept. The only thing I would say needs work is the locks. Locks fine but door would be able to be opened while locked pretty easy. Just tighten a little. But I had no worries at all. Also the fridge was a little iffy. But worked fine. Only other thing I would change is put blackout curtains on all windows. Light pretty bright in the morning. But not complaining. Room. Room for an older motel was fine. No complaints. First time my wife and daughter have been to the Dells. I felt safe. Clean beds and clean bathroom. Location is awesome. Right by the river and a block or 2 from Wizard Quest and a block from Ripley's. Everything is within walking distance for shopping and eating. Walked the street 3 times. All said, I give this place 5 Stars and I'd definitely come back. My daughter doesn't sleep well anywhere but home, but slept both nights perfectly. All night she slept. I was very comfortable sleeping also. Despite these 1 star complaints, I definitely recommend this place. Just remember, its an older motel, not a 500 star hotel resort that some expect. Its a great place for comfort and polite staff. Thank you for the great stay. We will be back. "

"My family and I love it here. This would be our 3rd time coming here. We love the condo rooms with the kitchen. We love the area. It is about 10 min from downtown Wisconsin Dells. So it is in a quiet area. The resort gets busy but somehow the sound doesn't linger so it still seems quiet in the rooms. We love the customer service from check in to check out."
