“I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience did not meet basic cleanliness and safety expectations. The bathroom was not properly maintained; the bathtub had visible rust and orange discoloration in multiple areas, which made it appear unsanitary.
Additionally, several people in our group reported seeing bed bugs, which is extremely concerning for any hotel stay.

We had an early flight so we spent the night at the BW. I’ve never been disappointed with this chain anywhere in the world.
