โGood place to stay. Although the building is old, the room is clean. It is a no frills hotel but definitely good value for the money. The staff are really helpful and friendly. It is walking distance to SM North EDSA and incredibly conveniently located to everything.โ
โItโs an ideal location to get immersed in the Philippine culture at 1 min walk from a street giving a ton of options for food, a good coffee place, 2 pharmacies and the unbelievable welcome of locals without all the traps for tourists. At 20-40 min traffic to large malls probably. I highly recommend any traveler who wants to discover life in the Philippines as it is away from the tourist trap to stay at this hotel. Very good experience: price/quality is a โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ for me. โ
โI stayed for about ten days while visiting a nearby university. The staff were all very kind and readily assisted me whenever I needed help. The surrounding area was quite convenient, with local restaurants, convenience stores, laundries, and cafes all within walking distance. The room was also well-equipped with a microwave and an induction cooker, making it easy to prepare meals in the room.
If I have a similar opportunity in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again!โ
