Ignore the negativity on latter because @ 7 mins you’re getting a 1-level rollercoaster ride, fabulous views & less than 5 min walk to The Social Hub!"

"Friendly staff. Microwave oven in addition to a refrigerator, obviating the expense of restaurants. A central location with castle and cathedral a short walk away. Clean and well-maintained. "

"Room, floor, BATHROOM, dirty. Covering for drain in shower not attached, I stepped on it and went flying to the floor of the shower. Ruined my visit for friend's wedding. Informed staff, all they said was they would tell maintenance. No concern. Breakfast not great."

"Super close to the castle, comfortable and quiet rooms, very helpful staff. The reception is staffed between 10-13, I was able to check in at 11am with a selection of rooms and leave my luggage in the reception area on the last day. The building door can be opened via web link. Very happy."
