"We LOVED staying at waves. Building D beach side was basically ON the beach, steps from the pool, and only an 8 min walk downtown. Absolutely perfect family vacation. The room was not that nice, but it’s a beach motel and we weren’t in it much!"

"SO close to the beach, perfect for a quick 24-hour getaway! There's parking available which was a huge bonus, and it is close to the train station if you'd rather take Amtrak. It is on W Grand Street which is busy until pretty late, so if you are traveling with babies or toddlers who wake up easily to foreign-to-them sounds, this could be tricky (we use a portable white noise machine for our youngest). Overall it was a great stay, super convenient, and had everything we needed for a 24-hour getaway!"

"This was by far the nicest looking room we’ve stayed in at old orchard. We’ve stayed at a variety of places and this is the most modern updated room. Our room did smell of old cigarette smoke - I’m sure they did their best to air it out from someone who broke the rules. A few things to keep in mind - there’s no elevator. If you’re on the 3rd floor, be prepared to haul whatever you bring up those stairs. Parking is pretty tight - when we first checked in there were only a couple open spots and those were difficult to get into with a large suv. If I had our smaller car it would have been fine. I was nervous to move our car and lose our spot which limited what we did. Downtown is a bit of a walk - if I didn’t have small kids, I wouldn’t have minded. Beach is across the street and down a dead end road, not far at all. The pool looks nice, we didn’t use it because we were only there 2 nights and spent the time on the beach. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The train does go behind the hotel but this is the first hotel I’ve stayed at that you can’t hear it super loud and it doesn’t shake the whole room. That was a pleasant surprise! Overall, I’d stay here again if we brought our smaller car and could stay on the first floor,"

"Nous avons adorés notre séjour la chambre était propre et la cuisine est parfaite seul petit bémol si je peux me le permettre il faudrait qu’il y ait quelques choses pour pouvoir laver la vaisselle soit une brosse ou une lavette! Mon conjoint a nettoyé le filtre de l’air climatisé à notre départ alors les prochains voyageurs pourront encore plus l’apprécier! Peut-être ajouter cette tâche à votre agenda pour les propriétaires!!☺️ la piscine était toujours bien nettoyé! Dans l’ensemble nous sommes très satisfait et nous allons y retourner assurément!! "Le personnelle est accueillant et très serviable, nous avons été pris en charge dès notre arrivée. Nous avions la chambre de base on nous avait mentionné quelle était petite, c’est vraie. La chambre était propre et nous avons eu droit au service de chambre avec serviette propre à tous les jours. Très bien situé à quelques pas de la mer et environ 10 minutes de marche du Pier. Ils ont un petit restaurant sur place qui servent les déjeuner de 7 à 10 le matin, c’est très bon, prix abordable et personnelle rapide et souriant. Piscine intérieur pour les jours de pluies Endroit tranquille de jour comme de nuit. Stationnement près de nos chambres. Je recommande sans hésitation le Alouette Beach Resort"
