"We were made to feel at home right away by an extremely friendly hotel staff. The hotel is well situated: close to shoping mall ,royal palace and Medina. Room was exactly like a normal 4 star hotel in France or Italy. Breakfast was excellent & reasonably priced with variety of western & local food available in buffet style layout + eggs & pancake cooked according to guests' tastes...Pool for kids and one for adults adjacent ( not huge but enough to have a good swim)In short; had good time, staff very friendly & hotel well situated in city. Would recommend a room facing boulevard or pool."

The wonderful management checked in with us ahead of our stay, arranged a local tour of the Medina (with Amine, who was terrific) and came out to meet us when we arrived and got a little lost. "A beautiful 16th Century Fes Palace. We had a comfortable room on the ground floor just off the central courtyard. Roof terrace with commanding views of the city. Very helpful manager and staff. Good Moroccan breakfast and dinner available. "
