"Riad Mazar Fes is an oasis of calm and incredible beauty. The owner Hamid and staff were so kind and welcoming, giving us a tour of the exquisite palace (that’s honestly what it feels like) upon arrival, serving us delicious mint tea and breakfasts, and making helpful recommendations. We also dined in the Riad our first night and it was the best meal we’d had in Morocco. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and quiet and every bit as beautifully, intricately decorated as the courtyards. We loved waking up in the mornings to the gentle sounds of water in the fountain in the courtyard below. I don’t know if the photos of this place could ever do justice to how beautiful it is. Thank you to everyone at Riad Mazar for your genuine kindness and hospitality. Would stay here again in a heartbeat."

The family helped us to arrange a last-minute visit to the Chouara Tanneries, before catching our train to Marrakesh. They really are a delightful family- so very kind and helpful. "The hotel is in a great location! Across the street is a McDonald’s and a big shopping mall. It’s on a boulevard that makes it convenient for pickup and drop off. The rooms are well appointed and everything works. The staff was courteous, pleasant and professional. The restaurants have good and reasonable priced food. I had a very enjoyable stay. The pool was nice but the water was too cold. "

"The property was very nice but communication with the host was difficult because he only spoke French. Address was vague and had no specific number. It got us close to the apartment but we had to get actual decorations from the host and it was difficult. "
