멋있는 리야드 그러나 가격대비 형편없는 서비스와 시설
매우 큰 저택으로 중정이 멋있습니다. 그러나 가격대비 시설이 별로이고, 현지인 출신 메니저가 지도한장 주지 않을 정도로 서비스가 별로이고 종종 돈을 밝힙니다. 사진에 나온 옥상시설은 사진과 달리 매우 빈약하니 속지 않으시길 바랍니다. 광장 근처에 있지만 처음 가시는 분은 찾기가 매우 힘드니 미리 연락하셔서 직원이 나와있어달라고 말해주시기 바랍니다. 버스터미널에서는 걸어서 10분 거리 정도되며 택시를 타면 1유로면 갈수 있음에도 빙 돌아서 2유로를 받습니다. 공항까지는 직접가는 버스가 없기에 신 시가지로 이동 후 철도역 근처에서 0.4유로 정도에 갈 수 있고 광장에서 빅택시를 탈 경우 15유로를 부르지만 깎을 수 있습니다.

Impeccable service, covenient location, great meal
We stayed three nights at the Dar Al Andalous. Superior hospitality, impeccable service, convenient location! Definitely recommend! Also recommend traditional dinner there! It was much better and tasty than any other restaurants in Fes.

Riad magnifique, calme, idéalement situé. Equipe aux petits soins, accueil formidable. La qualité des petits déjeuners et repas est au top. Cet hébergement est tout simplement idéal. C'est un riad, donc forcément en hauteur. Si clients avec difficultés pour escaliers, privilégier les chambres au rdc, mais ce riad et son personnel ainsi que ses propriétaires vaut le détour

Husband & wife owners do NOT care about keeping this property nice - VERY rundown. Air con was broken in our room & had to be fixed (moved to a different room for the 1st night & bathroom wasn't properly stocked), rooftop deck dirty & broken furniture, tiles on step to dining room broken. Ladders laying around in hallway & on stairs. Whole place felt neglected - BEWARE photos on Expedia are VERY OLD. We would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone. Only good thing was the location within the Media but there are PLENTY of other Riads to choose from. Staying at this one was VERY disappointing (we were in Morocco a month & stayed at lovely places everywhere else).

Comfortable and welcoming riad
This was a great place to stay for exploring Fez. Everyone at the riad was helpful, friendly and accommodating. The first room we were given was not ideal for us, but we were able to change to a room which suited us better, thanks to the helpful and understanding staff. The food was excellent, particularly the wonderful dinners. Most visitors were only staying for a couple of nights, but we were there for a week and could therefore appreciate just how good this riad was. We felt completely at home.

The courtyard riad has a beautiful charm with a comfortable and nice dining area. The staff was helpful in arranging a full day tour for us in and about Fes and making airport transportation arrangements back to Casablanca for us. Few suggestions which I shared with the owner, smoking in the lobby and in rooms is not a pleasant smell for guests that don’t smoke.

Beautiful comfotable and quiet place. Really friendly staff, great service (when we asked if we could drink coca cola I think they ran into town to buy it for us) and amazing homecooked food. Just had some problems getting hot water in our bathroom (the water wasnt cold either but something in between).

Very easy to find (10 minute petit taxi 30 dirham to batha sq & walk for 2 minutes). A little tired, but spectacular Riad with beautiful, original tiles and windows throughout. Stayed in the batha room, a good size with a great semi private terrace. In room safe was not working, turning on the heating made the room smell sweaty, private bathroom is down one flight of stairs and had sporadic warm/hot water. Not in the heart of the Medina which we liked, easier to find, less intimidating. Construction across the street starts at 8.30am and ends when the sun goes down. Just pouring foundations in Feb 2019, so likely to be going on for awhile

フェズの旧市街にあるので、ホテルに着くのに少し苦労するかもしれませんが、普段泊まることができない雰囲気のホテルでした。 スタッフの対応も良かったです。 夕食は、モロッコ料理を出してくれるので、夕方に着いた日は食べてもいいと思います。 値段は、少し高めに設定している気がしたので、値段を聞いてから判断しても… 旧市街を探索したいなら、オススメです。

Bel Riad proche de la médina, mais attention pas d'eau chaude les trois derniers jours malgré ma demande, pas de vue sur la Médina, pas de peignoir de bain Attention le propriétaire essaie de vous faire annuler vos réservations excursions pour passer par lui, enfin le plus grave alors que je l'avais averti que je paierai ce que je devais par carte bleue bien deux jours avant mon départ, la veille de mon départ ce charmant Mr me demande à 21 h a la nuit d'aller retirer de l'argent à un distributeur assez éloigné de la Riad moi qui suis une femme seule, ce que j'ai refusé catégoriquement !gentil au début goujat à la fin.!!!! A BANNIR mauvaise image de marque pour le tourisme! Cours après les commissions...

The entrance hall and dining room were a beautiful space, which imcreased our excitement for our room. It was the end of ou trip, so we decided to book a better Hotel. The first room we got was a lot smaller than we expected. It was small, hair in the bathroom and no shower curtain. On the website it stated that we would have a safe and fridge in the room, whdoch we really wanted. Hence why we asked zhr next day shere fridge and safe were. Staff eas really polite and said we cpuld have another room, if we don't mind a double bed. We agreed and were happy with the service. Arriving at the second room later that day we had fridge and safe and a bigger room with a terrace. Horwever it was even dustier. Hair on the sheets. Bathroom looked grose and the matress was old. Air con did not work and the teracce looked like it has been a building site with pieces of wood in the corner. We were not able to stand up in the bathroom. I am 173cm so it isn't too much to ask for to stand straight while brushing your teeth and not showering kneeling. We don't want to critise everything. The staff was expectional. Cleaning staff and Rachid were most wonderful and very helpful throughout.The Riad haad a great breakfast. We felt very angry throughout our stay. The owner lied to us and said the guests before took the key with them and will post it, so we receive it the next day. It never srrivedand we found out, that the room was never used and we were lied to. This made us were uncomfortable.

Our room in Dar Al Andalous was truly beautiful. We feel lucky to have been able to stay there for six nights. We especially wish to say how much we appreciated the manager Zehra. She was is lovely in spirit and helpful. We also appreciated the grace and friendliness of Rashid the waiter and doorman. We highly recommended that you choose the room which is listed with a jacuzzi because it is such a wonderful space.

広い部屋と最高のもてなし フェズ滞在期間中に夫婦で宿泊しました。ブルーゲートからも比較的近く、トランクでもアクセスは楽でした。 部屋はとても広く、2人でトランクを広げても自由に過ごせるほどでした。小物はモロカン雑貨で揃えてあり、可愛い雰囲気でした。 オーナーのおじさんはいつもニコニコ笑顔で対応してくれて雰囲気が良かったです。 今回フェズを拠点にシャウエンへ2泊で旅行をしたのですが、お客さんがいなかったのか予約していない間の2日間も「部屋はそのままでいいよ」と言ってくれたので、トランクを残して身軽に旅行できました。 最終日、フェズからのフライトが早朝であり、朝3時にタクシーを呼ばなくてはいけなかったのですが、快く対応してくれました。夜中にタクシーは街にほとんどおらず、金額交渉もしなくてはならなかったと思うと本当に助かりました。 アメニティ:バスタオル、リンスインシャンプー、ボディミルク、ドライヤー。 冷蔵庫、テレビ、バスタブあり

Very enjoyable stay, excellent service. Convenient location on edge of Medina. Easy to walk Medina but yet close to drivable area so you can get transportation as well (most of Medina is inaccessible to cars).

A lovely Riad in Fes
This is a charming Riad not far from the Blue Gate. Our suite was a bit austere, but quite comfortable and spacious, with in room wi-fi which worked well. The owners and staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. Breakfast and dinner featured Moroccan home cooking and were excellent. We really enjoyed our three night stay.

Lots of Potential but Disappointing
This place has the potential to be the best riad in Fes. The setting, the location, the building and the atmosphere is just amazing. Here are the problems: We asked for two separate beds but we were given one double bed (they called it a king but it was a double (137 cm x 187 cm size) and not a king size. The plumbing in our shower was broken. They tried to temporarily fix it but it was never fixed, so we were not able to take a decent shower for our four nights of stay. Don't be fooled by the images of the rooftop amenities. A layer of dust all over the furniture and no service on the rooftop. The owner is a nice guys but very cheap. Anything you want, even a box of tissues, you have to ask for it. TV (we didn't care much for watching it but it is advertised as an amenity) was broken in the room. We asked for the key to the safe several times (again advertised on the website included in a room), was never given to us. Breakfast is very very basic comparing to other places, no eggs or protein. The staff is really nice and accommodating but I received a very awkward hug from the gentleman helping with our bags on our way out right after I tipped him. I felt very uncomfortable. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.

Riad bien situé, mais le tarif est un peu excessif au regard des prestations, et la maintenance de certaines partie mériterait un peu plus d’attention, la terrasse était dans un état lamentable. La restauration était tout dans la moyenne mais hors de prix. Le Hammam a 300 dirham dans produit locaux ( le gel douche de la chambre) n’était vraiment pas une expérience que nous recommandons . Du jus d’orange en brick au petit déjeuner dans un pays comme le Maroc et de la margarine en guise de beurre c’est vraiment dommage.

Your Haven in Fes
From the moment we arrived, we felt like we had a haven in Fes. Mohammed the owner and his staff took great care of us. The place was beautiful, and the dinner we had our first night there turned out to be the best we had during our stay in this marvelous country.

Un conseil après l'heure c'est plus l'heure.. Si il y a moyen de faire de l'argent pour accueillir un groupe sachez que votre chambre ne sera plus dispo, vous devrez alors traverser les rues de la ville pour être hébergé dans un autre hôtel le temps d'une nuit !! Attention aux prix proposés par le gérant, le repas du soir est 5 fois plus cher que dans un restaurant traditionnel à 5 minutes à pied du riad.

Very nice rooftop terrace to watch the sun set. Our vegetable cous cous and the fresh fruit for desert were both delicious!
