“We arrived very late (as in seven the next morning) due to ferry problems. Desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly on the phone and in person.”

“AC broke on the first hour there. Asked for a different room and was full and told to check tomorrow. Called five times to get the AC fixed and was told each time it would be. The next day I was told they would try fixing it again instead of moving me. Supposedly tried calling me later in the night for a switch. I tried calling reception twice on separate times with no answer. Checked out finally. Spent two days sweltering. Worst experience in my 5 days around Ireland so far.”

“We stayed here one night. The room was clean but unfortunately the lift was broken so carrying our heavy suitcases up the many flights of stairs were tiresome, but not a huge deal. There was clean and accessible drinking water near the room. The town was cute and had a lot of shopping options, though more popular retail than I would have liked. The nightlife was fun too! “It was good for the price. But to check in you have to call a number and wait. It doesn’t tell you that and the number is on the door so you can’t call early. Simeon from another location comes to let you in. Breakfast is do it yourself continental, not amazing. We are at The Pantry just a few places down, amazing. The lady that checked us in was nice. Room was small but worked. Bed slanted towards head so needed up sleeping opposite direction.”
