Our room concept includes 685 standard hotel and bungalow rooms. For a big family, we are happy to provide villa-style accommodation (different price ) ; but, your reservation was a standard Dbl room for two persons, but your family was 3 adults+3 child, for this kind of accommodation we are providing two rooms. Both positive and Constructive criticism is very important to us here at Club Hotel Letoonia, In our Hotel concept, children under 12 years are free, but your child is 17 years old, so we consider him an adult. Unfortunately, your reservation was a standard double room, and we changed it to a standard triple room. For that, they ask you to pay the difference.
