“Rebecca is the best! Whatever you want/need she’s there! Had a problem with the bedside lamp - she fixed it, injured my knee, she fed me (not for free I hasten to add before scores of people want the same!). She cooked my breakfast and made sure I was made to feel VERY welcome. Sort of sorry to leave!”

“Very glad that there was a lift. My single room was small but had all I needed. The shower was a really good size which made it easy to get into. There is a lounge with a lovely view of the sea. You can walk down to North Bay beach. The breakfast was extra but very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem is that there are steps from the street to the front door.”

“I enjoyed every day of my stay here. The staff customer service skills were fantastic. My room was the perfect size for me.You have to walk down to the basement for breakfast. No lifts inside the property which didn't bother me. I was on the top floor. Mansion House is only a 30 minutes walk to Oliver's Mount ”

“This hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the train station. There is a restaurant in the hotel which you can book once you have checked in . Communication from all the staff was outstanding during my stay. There is a lift inside the hotel. They also do bar meals. This hotel is a 40 minute walk to Oliver's Mount. I would stop here again ”

“We stayed at the Bike and Boot Hotel in Scarborough for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the modern quirky decor. We had a medium sea view room which had a large king size bed with a lovely modern bathroom. We had a fantastic sea view from our window. “Lovely setting, rooms were delightful set behind the main building. Beautiful horses came up to the rear gate. Very friendly hosts. I’ll assume no glasses in the bathroom was a blip. Only one negative, amongst a delightful breakfast feast, the sausage disappointedly fell to pieces all over the plate. Would come again no problem.”

“We stayed with our young son for 3 nights in July 2024. The staff were absolutely lovely, so welcoming and helpful with everything we needed and great with interacting with our young son.
