Our stay here was pleasant, but nothing extraordinary. Dogs are allowed for an extra fee and could relieve themselves on a dirt patch bordering the parking lot. The room had some issues, such as loose handle of bath faucet and shower faucet would only turn off if entirely in cold position. Room showed wear, with carpet base missing near door, for example. Price seemed high, but not much to available in Delta, so they can do it. Super nice person at check-in.

The motel was old and rundown.This is a $50 a night motel and we were charged $150. The heater was so noisy I could not sleep. The bathroom was disgusting, mold in the shower. If this is the best Delta, Utah has to offer, I suggest staying in a different town.

The man working the front desk was very non approachable, seemed like he didn’t want to be in any way. Room and walls were dirty. Walls had splash marks on them and just over all seemed very run down

Overall a good location to stay... what isn't so good is the fact that they are not advertising on Expedia the $15 pet surcharge that is taxable as well. So when you arrive at this supposedly "pet friendly" facility, there's this sudden added charge that isn't well advertised when you make your booking.

This hotel will work if you just need a bed. TV did not work. Good shower but toilet seat broken. Clean room. Phone in room would nit call front desk, had to use personal cell phone. Didn't try the breakfast so cant comment about that.

Everything was very neat and tidy. Just be aware that a lot of people are here because of work and they may depart at early hours in the morning. Of all the options in Delta this is the best by far!

The Wi-Fi was poor. We had to park out of site of the room. Breakfast wasn’t great. The desk clerk was very pleasant. The room lighting was terrible. Because of that, We wouldn’t stay here again.
