โWhen we arrived in our room the guests in the room beside ours were unbearably noisy. We called the front desk about it twice, but the noise didn't let up, so we went down to the front desk to tell them in person that the noise level hadn't changed, and we were graciously offered another room. The rest of our night was quiet.โ
โIt was well maintained with good support staff. What I didn't like is the fact that I am supposed to give them 24 hours advance notice to clean my room.โ
โThereโs nothing to dislike about the facility or staff. Itโs a very clean place and Iโve always been impressed with how consistently clean the lobby restrooms are.
My ONLY complaint is that they donโt offer any complimentary coffee in the lobby each morning. The only option is a Starbucks where the most basic cup is close to $7 with the heavily โrecruitedโ tip as part of the pay process. The in-room coffee isnโt a good option, so I donโt consider that a viable alternative. I canโt make...
