The hotel is old and rundown. The area has a lot of homeless people. Won’t stay there again. It is very convenient because it’s so close to the subway but dirty.

The accessible room was spacious and clean. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my friend using a mobility scooter and using the shuttle was so convenient. We loved the fruit infused water, free drink and complimentary coffee. The only small suggestion would be to add a few additional hot options to the continental breakfast. We always stay at the Element when attending concerts at Prudential and will continue to do so because it's a wonderful hotel!
