The location is perfect as well - right at the end of hustle and bustle of Main Street but easy walking access to everything. Also, we had stunning views of the glacier and peaks from our room! "Arrived at the Hotel and the staff could not be more feiendly and helpful. Absolutely beautiful property with a swiss feel. Room was great , indoor pool with Sauna and showers . Restaurant was amazing and probably our best meal in Switzerland. Perfectly located right at the beginning of all the restaurants and shops in Grindenwald. Walk out the door and two minutes you are in the heart of everything. Walked to Grindenwald First as well.

"The property was clean and the staff friendly. It truly is an uphill hike to the property from town. Grindelwald is very touristy and commercialized. We took a day trip to Wengen which I highly recommend and would stay in that village next time."
"The bedroom and the hotel was so clean and fresh. The view of the Eiger from our bedroom was amazing and I never tired of seeing it. Staff were friendly but not intrusive. The hotel had a calm feel. Located slightly outside the town meant that it was a peaceful setting while still being close enough to facilities. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is that there is a steep walk to the hotel from the train station and if you have heavy luggage, then it takes some cardio strength to carry it to the hotel. But once to reach there, it is worth it. The hotel is quite nice, staff is very friendly and helpful and the views of the Grindelwald valley from the hotel are amazing!"
