I personally feel like the pictures posted online to get the customers are misrepresenting. The pictures showed common kitchen areas and common rooms but I did not see none of that. "

The negative thing about our suite was that this was supposed to be a family suite which means there should have been 3 beds because we were 3 people but there was only one queen bed for 2 people. There was a couch in living room but there was no blankets for the third person. "The staff and owner were amazing, friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were kept very clean. However if you are a non-smoker then it can be a little uncomfortable as smoke from the smoking rooms gets through the vents to the non smoking rooms unfortunately. The staff was helpful in finding a room with minimal smoke infiltration. Also, even though there was no elevator in the hotel, the staff was very helpful in carrying the luggage to the room. "
