2/10 Terrible

"If there were an option lower than 1%, I would have chosen it. When staying at a Four Seasons property, one naturally expects a higher standard of professionalism and guest care. Unfortunately, during my stay, extensive maintenance work was carried out while guests were in-house, resulting in constant noise disturbance, as well as strong paint and thinner fumes throughout the property. What is most concerning is that no prior notice or warning was provided. This is particularly serious for guests who suffer from asthma, respiratory conditions, or other chronic health issues. The fumes caused me health-related discomfort and significantly impacted my stay. This level of disruption is simply unacceptable for a luxury hotel operating under the Four Seasons name. I will be obtaining a medical report and submitting a formal complaint regarding this matter. A very disappointing experience."

"We had a fantastic stay at the White Swan Hotel. Located on the 5th floor, the experience begins the moment you step off the elevator—the space is absolutely beautiful and incredibly well-designed. Honestly, the amenities here rival, and in some cases exceed, those of the major big-brand hotels. Everything about the decor and facilities feels fresh and modern. One of our favorite parts was the breakfast experience: you simply select what you’d like, and it is delivered directly to your room. It felt like a true luxury to enjoy such an extensive menu without having to leave our space. The staff were wonderful and very helpful throughout our trip. They were very diligent about cleaning whenever we requested it, which truly made our stay comfortable and stress-free. Just a small note for future travelers: the air in the area can be a bit dusty, so you might notice surfaces accumulate dust a little more quickly than usual, but it didn't take away from the quality of the stay at all. We would definitely stay here again!"

From the great team at the front desk, to the customers service staff that calls every day to make sure I didn’t need anything, and finally to the great guy handling house keeping everyday on my floor from nine AM to five PM with a warm and great smile that brightens my day. Thanks everyone."

"The property is located in the downtown area of Cairo. It is very accessible to all the major attractions, however the building in which the hotel is situated does not look appealing. If you are on a budget, and only need a bed and breakfast then this place could work. Disregard the outer surroundings, and just focus on your room then you will be ok. The room was cleaned everyday, and breakfast was served in the room. This place is in the heart of downtown where there are many restaurants, and the area tends to get crowded, noisy, and lively. Take a chance, and book it. Thank you to all the customer service attendants for their assistance....Donia, Ali, Mustaffa, Abdul, Zaid....If I left anyone out, just know that you are not forgotten....Thank you all for your service."
