“Staff excellent in particular Nadine from reception. Unfortunately we stayed during a storm that caused problems in the areas around the hotel. Power cable came down near the entrance to the hotel grounds blocking the entrance. There was a separate entry via the golf club but a tree had gone down on the main road. Nadine did a great job keeping people informed on what was happening around the area and site. We have stayed there many times and the staff are always excellent.”

“Had a really good weekend away at the Bailiffscourt Hotel with our son. Location is convenient from London and it feels very magical. The spa and pool are lovely and the setting is really pleasant. Staff were great and restaurant is really nice. Overall good escape for a short break.”
