"We checked into this hotel last minute, being appreciative of the low price as we were taking a trip last minute for a funeral. Check in was great and the agent was friendly, so we had high hopes that it would be an average stay. We got our stuff brought up and decided to run to grab dinner. We got back and were preparing for bed around 10pm after driving over 10 hours, when my daughter mentioned the toilet wouldn’t flush. We called down to the desk and the agent that answered asked for our room number and asked us to hold on for a minute. The line went dead, so we assumed we would be getting help. After about 30 minutes, we went down to the lobby, as now we all needed to use the restroom. They did not have a public bathroom that we were able to use and there was not a physical person to talk to at all. We went back up to the room and the driver of the group needed to get to bed, so he went to sleep, and myself and my daughter had to go potty, so we drove to a gas station after 11pm in a town we do not live in. Upon return I reached out to Expedia and they were wonderful and tried to contact the hotel and were unsuccessful multiple times. We went to bed and in the morning had to drive to Walmart near by to use the bathrooms. When we checked out, I informed the desk agent of the concern, and all I was told was “thanks for letting us know, I’ll inform maintenance.” We will never stay here again if we ever have a need to rest in the Flagstaff area. "

"Slow check-in. When I made the reservation online, it said check-in time was 3 pm, but when we arrived, there was no one at the desk, and the sign on the wall said check-in time was 4 pm. We came back at 7 pm, and there was one person at the desk, and 2 people ahead of me. By the time I got checked in, there were 6 people in line behind me."

"The outside property looked nice but inside was a different story. The rooms looked old, paint was coming off the wall and the shower door kept opening mid shower. I didn’t enjoy the stay. "
