Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Flagstaff Downtown, AZ
As with almost all hotels these days, the pillows were too soft to be useful and the showerhead was mediocre at best. The thing that made things worse was the slow responsiveness of the heating/cooling system that required manual adjustments throughout the stay.
