"Bed was super comfortable. Room was clean. Location was convenient and well lit."

"I came in and there was lots of drywall dust from all the sanding. Along with their power cords that my suitcase couldn’t roll over. Not too impressive and then the breakfast was in small area that could really hold my luggage and eat as I was checking out. "

"I was running late and arrived at closing. The staff was patient and understanding with me. Made me feel I was appreciated as a customer and guest. Thank you! Also, the room had all the amenities we used to expect, but so many other places have now done away with. Great value!"

"Easy checkin. Room clean but a little a shabby. Example veneer missing on furniture in places, no bathroom tissues but al in all adequate. Staff friendly and very welcoming. Breakfast ok not a lot of choice for warm food."

"We loved this hotel from the moment I walked in after a long day of travel. The front desk clerk was efficient and kind checking me in when I arrived. The room smelled clean and the bathroom was more like a 3 star hotel. The shower had great water pressure. We slept great on the comfortable beds. I would love to stay here again. The breakfast was simple but had what we needed."

"The first part of our trip, we had difficulty with the very low toilet and no grab bars in the bathroom. Having made a reservation for the same hotel at the end of our trip, I asked for an accessible room with a higher toilet. The room I got was not accessible and there were no grab bars in the bathroom, but the toilet was higher. We stayed in the farthest building from the office on the front end of our trip. It was nice to be able to drop off the keys in a key drop at the end of the building, but we were supposed to call the office to let the clerk know we were checking out. There was no phone number listed, so we had to make a trip to the office and tell them in person. The set up of this hotel is not convenient. There are 3 buildings. There are no coffee pots in the room. A pod type coffee maker is in the office for guest use, but it must be carried to the room. Cups had no sleeves so taking two cups of hot coffee to the room was difficult. The ice machine for the main building is in the office, where you go outdoors of the room and back inside to the office. If the weather is nasty, this is not great. The hotel promotes Penny's Diner on the property for breakfast. A menu is accessible by QR code. We were handed a printed menu to share when we first went to the diner. There were no prices on the menu. Service was good, but not everyone has cell phones or the ability to view a menu on a small screen. It was a hassle."
